Taylor Rousseau Grigg's family has revealed the cause of her death, igniting talks among online users who shared their own experiences and concerns about the illness.

Addison's disease, a chronic condition, can lead to symptoms such as extreme fatigue, weight loss, decreased appetite, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle and joint pain, as well as irritability and depression.
Taylor was also diagnosed with asthma, a condition that can cause breathing difficulties and may trigger symptoms like coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. In severe cases, it can result in a life-threatening asthma attack.
In a post a day after his wife's death, Cameron Griggs acknowledged the struggles Taylor faced while battling asthma and Addison's disease, "This past year Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime. And in spite of that she still has been such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her."

He lauded her remarkable strength and unwavering faith, stating that she was the bravest and strongest woman he had ever known. Cameron opened up about his wife's trust in the Lord, which helped her surpass all the challenges she encountered, even during her most difficult times.

He also acknowledged the positive influence the TikTok star had on others, "I know she's saved my life and so many others out there." As per Cameron, Taylor's body was on life support for organ donation.
"More than anything, Taylor would want to know that she's continuing to save people's lives even after she's gone from this world," he divulged. He also reassured everyone who loved Taylor, "Even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever."
Cameron honored Taylor's spirit, stating that she doesn't owe anyone anything but wants everyone to know she's more than okay. "While her earthly body remains to give the gift of life, her spirit is in heaven dancing in golden streets, embodying her beauty and grace," he wrote.
In a powerful closing, he expressed gratitude and hope, "She's no longer in pain, but her body has been made whole in Jesus name. We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and she is truly set free from these earthly chains! SHE'S BEEN MADE WHOLE AND PERFECT!"
Taylor's sister, Bailey Rousseau, also shared on Instagram that her family had been spending precious time with her in the days leading up to her passing. They announced plans for her Honor Walk at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Bryan, Texas, where they would line the hallway in her recognition.
According to Bailey, while her sister always dreamed of leaving a mark on the world, Taylor never imagined her legacy would be carried on in this powerful way.
Bailey added, "A friend said, "her 'influence' has only just begun" and that couldn't be more true. Praise God that he gives us beauty for ashes. ????"
Taylor's family is grateful for the beauty that God provides even in times of sorrow. Her sister concluded her post with a bible verse from Isaiah 61:3.
